Attend only-No Ski – $25.00
Round trip bus transportation, event T-shirt, and lunch on Feb1st. You will not be provided with a lift ticket.

Sponsor amount of $1,000 or more receives 1 hotel room.
Overnight/Ski 1-2 People – $200.00
Lunch, up to 2ea lift tickets, buffet style dinner, 1hr open bar, up to 2ea Fri night tubing tickets, event T-shirts, and lodging for up to 2 people.
Overnight/Ski 2-4 People – $360.00
Lunch, up to 4ea lift tickets, buffet style dinner, 1hr open bar, up to 4ea Fri night tubing tickets, event T-shirts, and lodging for up to 4 people.
Ski- Beginner Lift/Lesson – $50.00
Round trip bus transportation, lunch, lower mountain lift ticket, rental equipment, event T-shirt, and a lesson on Feb1st.
Ski Lift only – $40.00
Round trip bus transportation, lunch, event T-shirt, and a lift ticket on Feb1st.

Friday to Saturday (Overnight package)

The pickup area to catch the bus will be:

Mahwah Sheraton, 1 International Blvd, Mahwah, NJ 07495

Note: Round trip bus service is for Friday skiers only. Those staying overnight are responsible for their own transportation and activities on Saturday.

For those skiing Friday only

6:45AM Begin boarding

7:15 Depart for Hunter Mtn

9:00 Arrival

12:00 Lunch

4:00PM Lifts Close

3:30-4:30-Happy Hour-All Attendees-1 Hour Open Bar

4:45 Depart for Sheraton

6:30 Arrival at Pick up point (Sheraton)

For those staying overnight:

On-site Lodging at the Kaatskill Mountain Club Hotel – Lift side condos with heated pool & spa

5:00PM-7:00PM Buffet Style Dinner at the Hotel (1hr Open Bar available)

Dinner on Friday evening will be buffet style at the hotel with the following:

Garden Salad

With sliced cucumber, tomato, and julienne of carrot

Balsamic vinaigrette

Penne a la Taccetta

Imported Italian penne tossed with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, and sweet peas

Roast Loin of Pork

Spinach, garlic, and mozzarella - served with a savory pork au jus

Chicken Marsala

Tender cutlets of chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and sweet Marsala wine

Stuffed Filet of Sole

With a lobster-chive sauce

5PM – 9PM Tubing
